In the last week of July, I participated in the “Outdoor activities” project. In May we already visited Štip, North Macedonia for a week and now we were the hosts in Münster, Germany.
The project gave us many ways to be active outdoors and improve our physical and mental health as well as our social interactions. It was really exciting and fun to get to know this group of people through a number of games and exercises. After visiting another country and experiencing a new culture, introducing other people to our own home also offered a fresh, new perspective.
Overall the whole project really broadened my horizon and was a really pleasant experience. I’m really thankful for the memories I made and the great time I had!
